Every journey starts somewhere. Ours began with a feeling.
Most ideas arrive quietly. This one showed up in motion — somewhere between airports, luggage carousels, and the unspoken understanding that travel isn’t just about where you go, but who you become on the way there.
For years, I watched people pass through terminals carrying the same silent sameness: muted bags, generic tags, nothing that said anything about who they were. Identity — the thing that should shine brightest — was nowhere to be found. Everything looked replaceable, forgettable, lost in a sea of grey.
At the same time, I found myself obsessed with the craftsmanship behind beautiful objects — the kind that are made slowly, thoughtfully, by hands that have mastered their craft. That world felt the opposite of airport anonymity. It felt human. Intentional. Alive.
That tension — between the sameness of travel and the soul of handmade craft — sparked a question:
What if a travel accessory could actually mean something?
What if it wasn’t just a tag…but a signature?
A signal. A reminder.
A small, bold piece of identity.
That idea stayed with me.
We started to think of something better:
A tag made the way heirlooms are made.
Artisanal craftsmanship. Edge-painted by hand.
Built with intention — not speed.
Built to stand out — not blend in.
We weren’t just making a product.
We were building a philosophy:
Own who you are.
Carry it boldly.
Let the world see you.
That’s why Furst Klass exists.
Not as a travel brand — but as a declaration.
A movement toward individuality in a world that encourages uniformity.
A belief that small objects can carry big meaning.
A reminder that confidence is not loud… it’s clear.
Our first edition, FK101, launched with neon colors for a reason.
They’re bright. Unapologetic. Easy to spot — in a terminal or in life.
They stand out the same way identity should.
And every tag carries nearly 100 hours of craft — the quiet kind you don’t see, but you feel. It starts in leather warehouses where hides are chosen by instinct, not algorithm. Where color and texture tell their own stories. Where a craftsman’s hands translate raw material into something with soul.
That’s where Furst Klass was born — in the small, intentional moments behind every detail.
Today, each tag represents more than where you’re going.
It stands for where you’ve been.
And most importantly — who you are.
This is the beginning of our story.
And we’re honored to be part of yours.
